REMINDER:
Tipp City Schools and the design firm Garmann Miller are hosting a second community meeting to gather ideas and answer questions as they create a comprehensive K-12 facilities plan.
CEO of Garmann Miller Eric Baltzell explained, "Having the support and involvement of your community is vital for the overall success of a school facility project. Together with the district, we recognize the importance of providing community members an opportunity to express needs, share concerns, and have a say in the future of their schools. It's a fresh start; it's about moving forward and providing everyone a voice."
The meeting is on Tuesday, March 7th, 6:30 PM-8:30 PM, at LT Ball Intermediate School. Stakeholders are encouraged to share their priorities and vision and provide feedback.
Baltzell added, "Community members play a pivotal role in that they create buy-in and excitement for what the future can be. Having no predetermined outcomes allows the stakeholder groups to actively participate, know their voices are heard, develop a vested interest, and want to see the process through to completion."
