Tipp City Schools is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to serve as the District Owner Representative for Construction Projects. The Owner Representative will act as the primary liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders involved in constructing a new PreK-8 building and renovating Tippecanoe High School.
Superintendent Aaron Moran said, "The successful candidate will ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a vital role in this project."
As the District Owner Representative, the successful candidate will act as the district's primary liaison between architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all construction activities align with the district's goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of construction management, strong communication and organizational skills, and managing complex projects effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related
field;
Experience in construction project management, preferably with experience in educational
facilities;
Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion;
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements;
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in project management software and tools;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
