The Tippecanoe High School Hope Squad hosted events during National Suicide Prevention Week to create awareness. Students wore teal and purple to symbolize suicide awareness and serve as a reminder it is a public health issue we need to talk about. #suicideprevention

The Tippecanoe High School Hope Squad and AP Psychology classes were invited to learn from Kevin Hines, a renowned speaker and suicide survivor. He travels the world sharing his story of hope, healing, and recovery to advocate for suicide prevention. He has become a best-selling author, global public speaker, and award-winning documentary filmmaker.
🎨Class of 2023 graduate Hannah Wildermuth created the winning design for the festival's fandana. Her message was "Plant Seeds of Hope." The THS Hope Squad was given a special shout-out for her artwork.
📕Junior Abby Chaney won a copy of Kevin's new book, and he signed it for her.
🎤Several students were included in a special interview with him after the presentation that he recorded for his podcast.
